My hallway was flooded. David C. came out, diagnosed all issues with my a/c system and very competently explained the problems and the solutions. I am very happy with Napps Cooling, Heating and Plumbing. Will use them again!!

Was time for the annual Fall/Winter heater maintenance. As always the service technician was courteous, professional, & explained everything he was going to do and why.

We had a leak under the toilet in the master bathroom. Brandon figured it out immediately and knew exactly what to do. He also replaced a faucet in the other bathroom when we asked him to. Brand on was very courteous and polite. He also explained what he did in detail. He did a great job!
